El Salvador has been gaining a reputation for being able to produce some of the best gourmet single origin arabica coffees.
El Salvador’s climate and temperature gives it an amazing harvest period between October and March so we are pleased to have these fresh berries coming in to roast.
Our farms use this time wisely, allowing the berries to be washed and sundried naturally which enables the coffee to give a sweet, floral and spicy aroma. Some say they can taste hints of chocolate and gives almost a sweet honey like set on the palate.
