Delivery

How much is delivery?

We try to make things easy for you here at Bean Around so we have 2 options.

Standard Delivery (3 - 5 Working Days)  - £3

24 Hour Shipping (order before 2.30pm) - £6.99

How long will my delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of placing your order Monday - Friday but sometimes this may not be the case and can take longer in busy periods.

Note: If you place an order after 12pm on a Friday we will not dispatch until Monday. 

We do not process orders on Saturday & Sunday.

All our orders are sent via Royal Mail and are as follows.

Standard Delivery -  48 Hour Tracked

24 Hour Delivery - 24 hour Tracked - Please note this needs to be ordered before 2.30pm Monday to Thursday.

What if my order doesnt arrive?

Fear not, if for any reason your coffee has not arrived after 5 days and your tracking link isn't working, simply email us at support@beanaroundcoffees.co.uk. We will do everything to track your order down.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty order?

We don't plan this to ever happen but in the unlikely scenario you have been provided with the wrong order or a faulty order, do not hesitate to email us:

We aim for a 24 hour response time and will make things right.

Will my order fit through my letterbox?

Yes! If you order 2x 250g bags then they will fit through your letter box. Any more and they will be delivered via royal mail standards.

When can I expect my Pre-order?

In some instances we allow you to pre order a certain product depending on if we have to wait for them to come into stock. i.e. Chemex Filters. We will dispatch these as soon as they come in and we usually provide a rough estimate of when we are receiving them. Please note there can sometimes be delays to these deliveries but we will keep you up to date.

Where does the coffee come from?

We at Bean Around Coffee source only the best fair trade, organic coffee from all across the globe, ensuring not only fresh coffee but also ensuring the growers are taken care off too. Check out our descriptions to see exactly where our coffee beans were grown.

What are tasting notes?

Tasting notes are the flavours you may encounter when drinking our coffee! This isn’t to be confused with the actual flavour of the coffee its more of a hint of what you can expect. For example, there could be a whisky tasting note because it’s a bold, acidic flavour.

Bear in mind that taste is different for everyone depending on your pallet.

Can you supply my business?

If you have a restaurant, bar, cafe or office and are looking for a reliable, great tasting supplier of coffee them yes! We provide a full site visit with a tasting session to provide your company a more tailored purchase for your coffee procurement. We will ensure full site visit is in regulations of Covid - 19 safety.

How do you work with businesses?

We will provide a full consultation on sizes of bags, orders and information on all our coffees.
